Boqian (Bo) Shen 沈博芊

I am a postdoc in the Scientific Computing and Machine Learning Lab (SCML) at King Abdullah University of Science and Technology (KAUST), mentored by Professor Jinchao Xu. I received a Ph.D. degree in Computational and Applied Mathematics (CAAM) from Rice University under the advisement of Professor Beatrice Riviere. My research interests are in the interdisciplinary field of computational physics and applied mathematics, especially in developing numerical methods for coupled flow, geomechanics, and plasma physics; multi-numerics; high performance computing; and, more recently, machine learning.
